These terms apply when you use kafirco.com or buy from Kafir Co. By placing an order you agree to them.

This store is for adults. You must be 18 or older to buy.
Content
Our designs are blunt, profane and critical of religion. They are satire and personal expression. They are not aimed at any person or group of people, and nothing we sell calls for harm against anyone. Kafir Co is not affiliated with any religion or state. It is your responsibility to know whether wearing or importing these designs is lawful where you live.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars. We accept crypto only (USDC, USDT, SOL). Crypto payments are final once confirmed on chain. We may correct pricing errors and may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
Made to order
Every item is printed after you order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment. Small variations in print placement are normal for printed apparel.
Final sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Misprinted, damaged or wrong items are replaced as described in Returns and reprints.
Shipping, customs and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Customs duties and import taxes outside the United States are paid by the buyer. Please make sure your address is correct. See Shipping.
Intellectual property
All designs, text and images on this site belong to Kafir Co. Do not copy or resell them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
