Returns and reprints

Every piece is printed for you after you order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

When we replace your order

We send a free replacement if your item arrives:

• Misprinted, with a visible print defect.
• Damaged in transit.
• Wrong, meaning a different product or size than you ordered.

How to claim

• Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the problem and the size label.
• We review it and confirm the replacement. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once printing has started we cannot cancel.

Refunds

If we cannot fulfill your order, or cannot replace a defective item, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
